Bradley Bob is most unprofessional service person I ever met. He don't explain to me with my question and answer me with the tone like I am some kind of child with 3 sample words "No it doesn't"
My front Grill Cap is missing. He question me if I hit something. I had explain to him no I didn't get hut or anything and there's nothing around the cap or bamper shows any damage around the cap. I have questions him it may be falling out itself. He answered me No it doesn't with very unfriendly way and doesn't explained or provide me more info.

Each time I get my car serviced I make an appointment in advance so I can be out in a timely manner so I can work. This most recent visit I was scheduled for a 830am oil change. I would expect to have my car before noon. It was not ready until close to 1pm in the afternoon. This happens Each time at this honda location. I go here because it's next door to where I live but this location takes longer than any other location in Houston to service your care with a scheduled appointment. I have never gotten my car back in a timely manner. 4.5 hours for a scheduled oil change is insane.

I was contacted for the EPS recall and first appointment I went then was told can’t be done in same day, fine then next appointment same thing. I can understand sometimes things take longer than expected but better communication would be helpful. But now when I take my car back, my check engine is on! So you’ve done more damage than fixing. On top of that the record on receipt isn’t reflecting what was done( said I opted out!) and that was why I was contacted and brought car in first place.

When they changed my cabin filter, I'm left with the smell of burnt oils similar to transmission fluid or motor whenever it vent is close to reticulated cabin air. My service advisor has been nothing but great, but the people doing the work leave me somewhat disappointed. I asked for a wash for the car, and all smelt from the interior wipe down was sour towels having been used. I pass up 2 (two) Honda dealerships coming from Rosenberg TX...I come to Easy Honda because of Mr Cruz. People have bad days,I get that,but why do I keep catching some those individuals bad days. I'm patient, so hang in, you're still the best service dealership I've dealt with in years. I give your dealership an 8.
