Came in to do my service. Requested ti be dropped of to my house till my car is serviced. There were no Uber drivers in the area and was told there is no driver fro. easy honda to drop me. My house is like 2 mts from the location. Had to cancel the appointment.

I could not get a timeline on repairs after car had been at dealer for more than two days and could not get a loaner or rental. The expectation to leave your car for an indefinite period of time with no replacement vehicle is absurd. I called another dealership down the road and dropped it off there on Saturday who was more than happy to help. Easy Honda customer service could be dramatically improved.
