Erik was very helpful with helping me understand why the recall and how it affected my vehicle. He ensured the recall inspection was thoroughly performed on my vehicle and passed. He also ensured I was able to get to and from my home when my vehicle was ready. He also discussed preferred maintenance for future knowledge. I will be contacting him for my vehicle needs.
