The lady who receives the phone calls to make the appointments was incompetent and rude. I asked to speak to my service manager or her manager and she refused to transfer my call to someone who could help me. I had to literally drive to easy Honda to make a simple appointment for my recalled steering rack. Please look at the call log for ****-****-xxxx and use it to retrain your associates.
I am thoroughly disappointed with how rude she was. She would over talk me and would cut me off more than once when speaking.
