I rate Luis very highly - like a "10". He (and your service department) made me aware of a condition (power steering system fluid leak) that needed immediate attention, as well as recommending some more routine maintenance needs.

It took 3:5 hours to get my vehicle serviced today. I took the car in at 12:30 pm for a 1:30 pm appointment. I needed the first service completed on my 2023 Touring CRV. Oil change and tire rotation. 3.5 hours. They said they were backed up. That is your problem, not the customers. They need to do better on my next trip or I’ll check out another dealership for my service.
