My only concern is that the repairs took all day. I wonder if it would take less time if I were to wait at the dealership rather than take an Uber home. I truly do appreciate the Uber ride home, though. Andy was very professional and cordial.

I was a little annoyed at first about hearing that it would take between two and 2 1/2 hours. Taking two hours and 45 minutes, probably because two tires had moderate leaks in them. Rudy’s gracious way of handling the service experience made up the difference. Plus the coffee and water is always nice. Everything was good.

I called and made an appointment for 2:30 pm on Thursday Dec
28th at Easy Honda for an oil change.
My vehicle was not pulled into a service bay until 4:30 pm, to be serviced.
And finally received a text at 5:15 pm that

I have used your services before and NEVER
Has there been this kind of time issue.
This is an unreasonable time delay,

Until 5:15 the reason for the delay especially
