I wasn’t completely satisfied this Thursday not by Bradley (He was on time and polite) but by Honda. In the past, each time I went to my dealership for my car maintenance, I got my car back washed and clean. This wasn’t the case on Thursday and I was disappointed.

I brought the CRV in because the engine light came on. I was very shocked at all the work that needed to be done seeing as I just had the car in to Easy Honda in September. What needed to be done that I did not have done in September were the new struts. I was prepared to have them replaced.
I was horrified at the price of a new catelectic converter! Also I was not told the problem with it and why it needed to be replaced. J.Teague
