Rudy was very polite and competent. The check in process could be better. When you initially pull in, would be helpful to have someone tell you where to go. As it was, we just kinda grabbed Rudy since his door was open. But overall, a good experience.

Dear by this means we want to inform you that today we came according to advance appointment at 9:00 am for the 15 thousand mile service of our truck CRV RO 251973 with Mrs. Miranda, we arrived on time and They agreed to deliver it at 11:30 with the service completed, he told us that if we required something additional we would be informed in an MSN and confirm additional costs, we never received any message so we understood that there was no anomaly and the service It would be totally normal. We returned at 12:00 and at the time of requesting it he told us that it was necessary to change 2 tires, A/C filter and windshield wipers. At 12:03 we received said msg which affected us due to the time of returning to work and only We authorized the filters, the tires and windshield wipers were pending for obvious reasons, we no longer had time! The problem is that they delivered the truck at 1:00 p.m. without washing the engine and bodywork, which left us with a bad experience since they always delivered it in a timely manner. What happens to the pleasant experiences with you that we will no longer have? We must look for another supplier, we were very happy with everything up to this point and we honestly do not feel Maria was in the least involved in an efficient service. How can you help us? We want to buy another car from her agency and this worries us when making decisions, thank you very much! P.S.
