Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac Auto Repair Service

Trevor was very nice and was helpful. He tried to offer good service but I was NOT satisfied with your overall service partially from him and the other from the technician that serviced my vehicle. I feel he didn’t try hard enough to get my extended warranty claim covered since the claim was denied when he asked about it and it was not even documented in the notes from the warranty company when he called in to them. I ended up having to call the warranty company to get my repair covered as I thought it was odd that Trevor said it was denied when he called to try to get it covered. Which I personally think is ridiculous since I purchased the extended Chevy factory warranty specifically the Platinum extended warranty that Paradise Chevy sold me and said should take care of everything I wanted covered. I am aware of exclusions but the repair needed was not one of the listed exclusions. I reviewed the paperwork and it stated that an inspection was done on my car for leaks and none were found yet there was a considerable amount of oil underneath my oil filter which was not there before. It should have been noted especially since the tech used a block of wood on a jack (yes all the weight of the engine and trans on a tiny spot of the the oil pan next to the drain plug since that is the only place to do so since it is a z71 4x4) to lift up my engine and transmission together to replace the engine and transmission mounts. It also stated that an inspection was done that checked and adjusted my tire pressure to 35 in all tires. Three are at 38 and one is at 37, which is what they were when I dropped them off. If you say you are doing something on the paperwork the least you could do is actually do it and complete it. My next concern is the repair on my rear window defroster. You charged $390 to repair it and it looked like someone glued a silver gum wrapper all over it and nothing like the clean factory weld on the other side. I was told not to take my vehicle to this location from previous customers but I figured I would give you a chance. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied. I will be leaving a yelp review to let others know about the experience I had and will recommend them doing a full video of their interior, underside and exterior of the car before dropping it off as I feel the work done was not at the quality one would expect from a dealership and with 2 warranties (the extended warranty and service warranty) from a car sold to me from a Paradise Chevy dealership.

Chris is an Awesome Service Advisor and treated me like a family member. It was my first experience at Paradise Cadillac after purchasing a gently used 2022 Cadillac Escalade ESV. Chris called me throughout the day to advise me on the status of the vehicle service. Once completed, he had the vehicle ready for me to drive home. Funny thing was, the hub caps were installed correctly and I didn’t even recognize my own vehicle! We had a good laugh!!
