I was told my truck would be ready same day which was Friday at 3pm never received a call to let me know truck was going to be kept over night I called today no one answered nor did I receive a call about it being there another day it’s been 2 days and no o e has called me to let me know anything and now I’m receiving a message to rate the experience but I haven’t received my truck back

I am usually very satisfied with the service I receive at Paradice Cadillac and Chevrolet, however I have an issue with my last service. After I picked up my car, I drove straight home and put my car in my garage. That was two days ago. Today, I needed to attend a dinner with my daughter and her family to celebrate the birthdays of two of my granddaughters. As I was driving to the restaurant, I noticed I had a message on my dash advising me of a problem with one of my tires. I will be returning my car to Paradice to have it checked out. I hope I can get the problem fixed.
