I would give Chris an A+, he was super professional and kept me in the loop of all the repairs. I would give the technician who worked on my car a B, he did all the work but forgot to hook up my rear AC duct. This kept me from being able to use my car for 1 more day. Im pretty sure he didn't mean to not hook it up but it did cause an inconvenience.
