For this highly polished GM dealership to perform multiple recall corrections on the 2005 Malibu, and put the vehicle owner and his people through some V.I.P.transportation, without gas compensation and no courtesy shuttle service and no more courtesy vacuuming and tunnel wash is nothing less then second rate, and a bit of a disappointment when it comes to great quality and service. GM is better than this, but I'm still hopeful and will continue to pray for Paradise Chevy of Temecula....

Although the service was good, payment for the service left a lot to be desired. I wanted to use my credit card to pay for the service, but you charge 3% extra for that. I think next oil change I'll take the car to my local service station. They don't charge me extra for using my credit card.

I had no problem with James. I found that your system has stated from an earlier visit that I had declined installation of a part that had resulted in a recall. Failure of that part could have resulted in injury or death. At the earlier visit you did not have the part and I found that you did not order that part even though I had requested it at that time. This appears to be an attempt to ascribe my, or my wife's possible injury or death to me due to a decision that I did not make. I no longer have trust or regard for you or your dealership.
