The warranty work went smoothly. I was asked to pick my car up 8:30 in the morning so it could be cleaned. I was there to get my car a little after 10.....it was obvious it had not been cleaned completely. Looked like some started but didn't finish. After waiting about 20-30 minutes to speak to Ty, who was undertsandably busy, I just decided to leave. Aubrey was able to get someone to look at my car and I did see Ty briefly. Someone offered to drive my car through the drive thru but I had already spent enough time there and declined. Between telling a customer it will take an extra hour and a half longer if your car gets cleaned and the car only getting partially cleaned the offer to clean the car is hard to come by. Why not just give customers a coupon to go to a local car wash to get it done when they have time? Since there is longer a shuttle, or courtesy car asking a cutomer to wait at least 3 plus hours for service and wash is a lot of time
