I have been with Paradise since 2007. My first service Tech was Mike Armstrong who was fantastic, as he was promoted he assigned Mr. Stark to handle the service on my then Tahoe and now my Silverado. Chris in the service Dept has done very well after a rough incident I had (nothing to do with Chris) previously. Chris knew I had a strict timeline and got me in and out very fast! He kept me informed. He spoke to me and treated me with respect and dignity which I appreciate. I believe Chris truly cares about his customers and he understands everyone is busy these days.
