Even with the systems a little out of sorts this morning with unexpected computer updates. The customer service was courteous and attentive. While that can sometimes be a **** all representatives excelled and overcame the challenge.

Trevor was fine. However I arrived at 7am (first appointment) and didn’t leave until 8:40. That just seems like an unusually long time to wait for a simple oil change with no car wash. When I left the waiting area was full. Perhaps consider not scheduling so many customers at the same time if staff and resources can’t support the operation.

Trevor was outstanding in listening to my needs to service my cadillac ct6 how ever the service manager did not think of waiving my re alignment fees since they had just serviced my alignment and 4 months later had to re do it. I think that it should of been the dealer responsibility to stand by their work.
