The quote for service that I signed at drop off was $92 and when I picked up my truck I was told my total was $113. When I asked why it was 20 more than I was quoted the cashier said for disposal and recycling fees however $20 is a significant difference in price if disposal and recycling fees are standard.
I took my truck in for a recall amongst other things, however all of my truck diagnostics still show the open recall so I’m concerned whether it was checked for the recall at all and if it was, why I wasn’t told the outcome and it wasn’t cleared on my truck in the system.
