I called Peter on 6-14-23, late in the day re a battery issue on our Corvette. It had to be jumped to be started. Due to the lateness of the day he couldn’t get me in then but fit me in at 8:30am the next day. He advised me the tech checked the electrical system and found the battery needed to be replaced. He told me it would take about an hour so I waited. I suffer from chronic low back pain and an hour is about my limit. I believe my car was ready in less than an hour so once again excellent service and excellent service by Peter.
He is the only service advisor I’ve had since we bought our Corvette from your dealership 16 months ago and I will continue to request him. I’ve sung his praises before and I’ll continue to do so. Paradise is fortunate to have him.

My advisor did not communicate properly with me regarding the service recommended. I was not offered a courtesy ride due to long wait time. I informed the advisor I was waiting but the service took 5hrs and waited during lunch for the service as well. Hayden communicated by text to me the entire time I waited in the lobby. I recommend further customer service training for Hayden.

I haven’t had the best customer service in the past at paradise. Things like lack of communication, false expectations set, and not feeling in the loop on what was going on. I have to say this last service experience was by far superior to the past. Peter was thorough in his explanations on what the process was regarding the warranty process.
