Jeff was the third service representative I have experienced at Paradise since I purchased my Cadillac in May 2022. He continued with excellence and not dismissing my concerns. The only reasons I continue with Paradise is because I feel valued there and my car gets fixed after a thorough process and follow up. Jeff was great!
P.S. I saw the Speed Phenom You Tube episode where you put his run flats on his Corvette Z06! That got some points too!

Dropped my car off at 2pm for an oil change.
Inquired about applying reward points for the invoice as I had not used them before and been a member since 2019. Was told that my points would most likely cover the oil change fee and that they would take care of it from there.
Was told that the refrigerant reservoir was low and during oil change if any leaks were observed they would call and recommend to keep the car overnight for further testing. Either way, was told that a call would be made.
At 4:35pm, still had not heard anything back. No call, so I called the service department and was told that the car has been ready for awhile now. Ready for pick up, if you can be here by 5pm come to service department and if not, front desk would have your keys and could check you out after 5pm.
Arrived at 4:55. Service department was closed and we were told to wait for our keys and invoices to come to the front desk.
Front desk clerk asked for payment of $97. I inquired about reward points and she informed me that service department was closed and that she could not apply any points and that I would need to pay the $97 or come back tomorrow. I paid the $97 and left, having no idea what work was performed, if any leaks were observed - nothing.
Nick calls me during my ride home?? Tells me he is heading back to the dealer to apply my points?? I told him I have already paid, in the car now and headed home. I asked why I got no call and he tells me that he must have called the wrong number??
Bottom line, my car is back, the miles are really low, and no additional actions were needed. Good news there.
Overall, the sales experience with Paradise is top notch. I have bought 5 cars here. Service experience, is like shopping at a Walmart. Lower your expectations. Your service department is too busy for the support team you have in place. This is not the first sloppy experience I have had at your service department. Additionally, the two service managers you have there are horrible when it comes to customer service. They add absolutely no value to the dealership. Shame that there is not another Chevrolet dealership in Temecula or Murrieta. If there was, you would lose 1/2 of your customers overnight.

Ted Stark never ceases to amaze. I he professionalism he displays is beyond reproach. He knows his stuff and can accurately diagnose the issue before it’s even brought in…most of the time. Lol
