I waited over 30 minutes to be checked in while watching another dozen vehicles that arrived after I did being checked in. When asked to see the the manager I was given attitude. After over 2 hours I still was not able to speak with the manager.

Carlos is great I always bring my big red truck to him. He makes Chevy feel like family every time I have a problem he gets me in right away and get the problem fixed. That’s what I call good service. Carlos is always honest and truthful even when he has the hardest part to telling us something bad happened to my truck. Like I said to him honesty gets the highest respect and that we’re only human and we make mistakes sometimes; unless it was the AI then I have to file a complaint. LoL. I’ll be in contact with Carlos for my next service.

Peter has been my go to service advisor from the moment my wife and I bought our 2017 Certified Corvette in February of 2022 and I began having questions about certain vehicle functionalities.
