There is a huge disconnect with sales and service. I was told that my truck would be detailed at the first oil change because they didn’t have time when I purchased it. Also there was touch up paint on the truck already that was supposed to get fixed. But when I mentioned it today about it at my first oil change. No one knew anything. Great salesman but once you purchase but it feels like nothing else matters. They’re more to the story but that’s where I’m at now. Will probably do my service at Lake Elsinore.

Dropped off my 2020 Trail Boss for a oil change, cabin filter and a check and confer if anything else was determined questionable. I revived a email with pictures that depicted a small tear in my axel boot. I received a phone call from Trevor who advised I was no longer under warranty but I advised him I purchased the extended warranty which he could not find record of till later. I told him the vehicle only had 19000 miles on it and to have a boot tear is unusual to me and told him to submit it through the extended warranty he said we couldn’t because the vehicle was already done and it would need a new diagnostic done and it would probably take a couple days to get the request back. He advised the truck was driveable and dismissed the fix till next time when I come to remind him and he will try to get it authorized. I asked him can you get me a estimate and he said I never ran the numbers. At that point I just came and got the vehicle and went home.
