Service specialist that checked me in Hayden great job great experience with him but when I get a call from the mechanic saying that my oil change bolt was stripped and they had problems taking it out was displeasing when the last oil change I got was from the same dealership you guys a Chevy in Temecula And nothing was mentioned about it and so it was obvious that it was stripped from some of their at once I mentioned that the attitude changed about the bolt it was replaced. All is good now.
