Trevor did an exceptional job servicing my needs! Being that this was my first time bringing my vehicle at this location (new to the area), he walked me through the process on getting checked in, looking over my vehicle’s condition, and informing me on additional services that may be required at the time due to mileage. This vehicle was purchased through a family member and included a large stack of service records from another dealership. Trevor also mentioned that his technician would provide recommendations based off his/her inspection and mileage interval.
Trevor kept me updated when the car was soon to be done, brought me to the cashier when the paperwork was wrapped up, and went over my recommendations before I payed the bill. Other than some things pointed out from the visual inspection, he told me to take a look at my previous records to see if the mileage interval services have been done. Proper customer service was provided. He was respectful, courteous, and informative. Overall great experience working with him!
