Shane was great. However the tech did not inflate my tires to proper pressure. Spec per manual and sticker on door is 60 in front, 70 in back. All were inflated to 71 psi. Also failed to reset fuel filter life percentage on dash. Both are small details but I expect more when paying close to $400 for service.

Service guy was great. Quick service. Someone from the front desk apparently cleaned off my table in the waiting area. I had a large bottle of water, a small one from your fridge and my keys taken. We walked around looking, asking people. Finally found them in the Parts office on a counter. I had just left my seat and was outside less than 5 minutes. Your staff probably should move people’s personal property. Others than that, it’s been nothing but a pleasure at your dealership.

Seems like there is likely a charging issue that may have caused the battery to go bad. After driving for 20 minutes battery voltage rapidly fluctuating from 22.2 volt to 24.4 volts
