Ty was outstanding with me and my XT6 diagnosis of transmission fluid leak (2025 w/ only 8K miles on odometer). Although I was completely disappointed and heart broken with my new found leak, Ty showed empathy towards me personally, and then was reassuring in remedying the problem and getting my car back to me as efficiently as possible (total of 3 days). Mike was helpful, kind, and accommodating. I showed up with 4 kids and he carried car seats and made sure I had a courtesy vehicle that fit all of us. Got my car back the same day and when I realized I left my garage door opener in the courtesy car, the next day he got it back to me quickly even though it was busy in the shop!
