So I arrived about an hour early for
My appointment at 2:30. I was not greeted by anyone for almost half an hour as I watched between 6-8 cars that came in behind me be both greeted and helped by writers. I had to approach someone to get any attention. Even after that, the writer assigned was busy for almost another 20 minutes before he came to help me. I was here for a simple oil change. 2.5 hours total is not very worth my time.
