Jon is an amazing service advisor. During inspection they found a leak in my coolant system and he let me know right away. He also asked me if I was a AAA member or if I had any Points available from the My Chevrolet app in order to bring my unexpected cost down. We had to have roadside assistance retrieve the vehicle because it cycles through error messages. Now there's a noticeable vibration occuring that didn't exist before. It was a routine maintenance and system update. How the vehicle ended this way is beyond me.
