I have had a repeat issue with extremely loud brake noise. In my last service the front brake pads were replaced, and that was after the previous service where the rear brake pads were replaced. Neither replacement fixed the issue and this service I was told there was nothing that could be done. I left the dealership feeling like an uncared for customer, with a car that has loud brake noise even though it is less than a year old, and my second of this car after I sold the first one back as a lemon.
