The price for repairs is $1,000 too much compared to your competitors. The $199.00 diagnostics fee should be taken off if the repairs is completed by your technicians.

He throughly explained what was happening and showed me what parts needed to be replaced. He checked my warranty and told me that the parts were covered. He arranged for a ride to the rental car agency for them to pick me up at the dealership. He kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. He also notified me that a hose needed to be replaced and the estimated cost. Had all repairs done and car ready to pick up the same day, which was earlier than anticipated!! Again, excellent service and I am very satisfied with everything!! Thank you!
