Landyn was extraordinary. I have never been treated better when I come to Paradise Chevrolet. He was super polite and professional. He handled everything I wanted and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was well taken care of. I was very impressed with how much you guys charged me and could not be happier with the help that Landyn provided. Whoever took my reservation told me that they do not provide rental cars for people that are just getting their oil changed. When I told her that I was very disappointed and I had no trouble getting rental cars when I take my BMW to that dealership she agreed to have a rental waiting for me when I got there. Unfortunately, for you there was no rental provided and I was told I needed to wait 3 1/2 hours which was impossible for me. Landyn quickly arranged a rental, but I had to be picked up and taken to a rental company which I would’ve never used on my own. I was given a Toyota Corolla, which I did not want. I would’ve paid for anything but not a tiny little car. My appointment was at 9 o’clock and I did not leave the rental company until 1040 which is unacceptable. Then I had to return it back over there and wait for them to give me a ride back over to Paradise! The whole reason I wanted a rental car is because my time is extremely valuable and I wasted a lot of time with you guys today so I will never be coming back there to service my car.

Android I didn't like that they could not replace a tire that day and wanted me to drive back on Saturday with a nail in my tire that was deflating. I ended up going to another dealer and they replaced it. After sitting at Cadillac for two hours
