Ty was great, but you have to be a little nervous about a motor that potentially fails after you paid 100 grand for a car and they change the oil and put a cap on it as if that’s gonna prevent the issue, will not probably drive that out of the area or go on long trips till I know this thing is gonna be 100% reliable, just saying????

Not Jose's fault, but an oil change and wash should not take close to three hours. Arrived at 1:30 for a 2:00 appointment. Left at, I believe, 4:20. Jiffy Lube is 20 minutes. It's a Service Manager issue.
