I was told it’s worlds take ninety minutes to change the oil, rotate my tires and check the suspension. Landyn apologized that I had been scheduled too late in the day for a custom car wash. It was not a good experience at all. Was attempted to be over charged almost $500 for a front break job, was tried to be scammed into changing air and cabin filters even though they weee both way under recommended service interval. Had to have my regular service advisor Chris S look over paperwork and sort out the wrong pricing as well as a bad tire rotation. This is why I prefer to keep and have the same service advisor that I have had in the past that is trustworthy and honest. Seems like every time I have a different service advisor my service is not reliable.

Long time Paradise customer and Mr Jon Hernandez has/is my service contact . Jon and I converted early this week on some electrical charging issues. So I made an appointment with Jon to have my vehicle evaluated by a technician with experience in such issues,,,, so I waited in a very comfortable lobby with many choices of hot beverages and/or donuts,,, it seemed like a long time but actually it was barely a few hours,,, after review I had many options but I had to reschedule the repair route,,, not so much on a cost factor but time and personal schedule,,, I will proceed within a few weeks or so,,,, Much Thanks Jon and thanks to the technical support person who made it a point that I got the important info,,, and of course the accounts payables group,,,
