My wife took our truck in to have a screw removed from a tire. She had an appointment for 9:30. She waited until 11:00 to ask ladies at counter about the truck. She got service man. He came out that they were working on it. It was taking longer because mechanic was showing a new employee how to do it “correctly “ 40 minutes later Jose came out to tell her it was ready. She was there for over 2 hours with an appt.
