Problem with my doors is still the same after leaving it all day on Monday the 30th. I called back the same day to let James know it was not fixed but never got a call back and no call back on July 1st. I need it fixed correctly as it may be a safety issue with the doors closing correctly

Chris is an exceptional employee who goes way beyond the call of duty. he always texted me and let me know what was going on, and he would answer his phone calls promptly. He's very knowledgeable about this quite complicated problem going on with my car. He was also very concerned because I was quite upset at how much it was going to cost to fix my car and he was very good with me on the phone explaining things to me. I would give him 100 stars if I could! I have taken this car to Paradise Cadillac for 10 years now and always had good service, and this is no exception. But I think it was even better than some of my other experiences.
