Chris was outstanding. He explained everything and was very patient while helping me add my rewards points to reduce my service costs. Chris kept me informed of everything that was being done to my vehicle.

Horrible customer service by Jose. I was at my appointment on time. Jose Ron took 20 minutes to check me in only after I went to customer to asked for someone else even then he accused me of not being on time and kept blaming someone else for not letting me know that he was running late over and over again.
The only reason I’m not going to another Chevrolet dealer for service is a female named Aubrey. She helped me and others when she didn’t have too and from now on I will only ask for her help.
Do better.
