Everyone seems to have stepped up their game in customer service. The janitor offered to show me another bathroom in the used car building with the bathroom was being cleaned.
After hours one person working late actually got up from their desk and walked outside to show me the box on the wall form the forms for after hours service drop off. This is a level of friend help I used to only get when I dropped off my BMW
