I got 2 trucks that coincided with like 4 service appointments in 1 month. Every time I've been in Landyn and Ted are super helpful, respectful and communicative. The whole process is refreshing for a dealership, especially considering the bar isnt set high compared to the other GM service center in town...
My truck is returned without a bunch of greasy handprints everywhere, on time and as promised. I am genuinely impressed with the service department so far!
