The service worker very kind and professional, but I have had issues getting my Element Fleet car serviced the last couple times I have came to this dealership. The workers never know the process of billing the fleet company. They were making me wait for payment to come through from Element even though Element approved the work. After 3 and a half hours of waiting for my car that only got an oil change, I had to call Element myself to confirm the payment takes up to 30 days to come through. Even after that the dealership was telling me I owe money when I am not allowed to pay only fleet can pay for their car. I always feel like I’m inconveniencing the service department by brining in a fleet car. Fleet has a contract with Chevy so it shouldn’t be a problem bringing my car in for service there and the people working there should know the process for billing.

We were very disappointed to find out we only were to receive keys and nota key fob replacement the to the 2913 Camaro recall. Ted made it clear we were to receive a new key fob, and not just a key and an alteration to our key fob. This was very poor communication. Had we know this we never would have gone through with the service.
