More than 5 stars, I would—possibly even give him a golden trout-shaped trophy. My service advisor Trevor isn’t just good at his job—he’s like the Jedi Master of vehicle service reps. From the moment I walked in, he treated me like I wasn’t just another Suburban with a recall, but a person… and possibly a person with a few questionable life choices involving road snacks.
He’s personable, patient, and somehow manages to talk cars and crankbaits with the same level of passion. The man spends hours tying fishing lures, which tells me two things: 1) he’s got monk-like patience, and 2) if he puts that much care into fake bugs, I’m confident he’s looking out for my actual vehicle like it’s his own.
Our conversations drift from spark plugs to stories, and never once have I felt like he was trying to end the conversation with “cool story, bro.” He’s the kind of guy you hope is on your side when your check engine light shows up uninvited.
Great dude. Great service. Would trust him with my car and my tackle box.
