Yes i am completely happy with the service I get from Peter....he alway takes care of all my truck needs...he explains everything ...he has a good heart and very good with people and he knows his business with trucks and cars...he's been taking care of my truck needs for awhile now...I trust him because I know he is honest and up front with me...I'll be seeing him again in October for my smog. .

James is always super helpful whether it’s repairs, maintenance, or just a wash. His communication is super clear & he knows what he’s talking about.

I recently brought my truck into Paradise Chevrolet for a major round of service and repairs, and I have to say, I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience, especially thanks to my Service Advisor, Chris Stilgebouer. From start to finish, Chris was professional, transparent, and incredibly thorough. He walked me through the recommended services, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why it was needed. There was a lot of work involved, including: • Full vehicle inspection • Oil change • Replacement of the wiper cowl and extensions • All 4 tires replaced (with tire hazard warranty) • Front end alignment • Passenger mirror replacement • Brake fluid exchange • Transmission fluid exchange and internal filter replacement • 4x4 fluid exchange • Coolant fluid exchange (no leaks found) • Spark plug replacement, fuel induction service, throttle body cleaning, and wire replacement • Driver engine mount replacement This was a major service, and while my extended warranty covered $1,990.32, I paid over $4000 out of pocket, and it was worth every penny for the peace of mind and quality of work I received. The technicians clearly took great care with my vehicle, and it drives smoother, quieter, and more reliably than it has in years. Chris made what could’ve been a stressful and overwhelming process feel manageable and fair. It’s not easy finding a service department you can truly trust, but I can confidently say that I’ve found mine (for me and my wife). If anyone were to ask me for a service department and service advisor who is honest, has high-quality service with someone who truly looks out for your best interest, Paradise Chevrolet would be the place and Chris Stilgebouer would be the advisor to see.
