Ty is very good at his trade, he listens when I explained my trucks issues, he called me as soon as the vehicle was checked and provided me a detaliled explanation of my options with costs .
This time just as the previous times I was very satiisfied other than spending $3k, but I love my truck and it will continue to work for me for many years, even though its a 2013.

Look, we totally, absolutely appreciate the excellent service from Trevor and his team of analysts and service staff. What we do not appreciate is what we feel is a disregard for not just a long term customer but also a community member. This observation comes from the exorbitant amount of charges for labor — as much as the part. The fact that had I know I could have paid half that just really bothers me. Trevor, bless his heart, tried to explain it and I get trying to turn a profit but I wouldn’t be completely honest if I did tell you we felt taken advantage of somewhat.

Horrible customer service by Jose. I was at my appointment on time. Jose Ron took 20 minutes to check me in only after I went to customer to asked for someone else even then he accused me of not being on time and kept blaming someone else for not letting me know that he was running late over and over again.
The only reason I’m not going to another Chevrolet dealer for service is a female named Aubrey. She helped me and others when she didn’t have too and from now on I will only ask for her help.

Honestly Mike should get a raise… I do a job similar to his and it’s impossible to please everyone 100% of the time. Mike has a very friendly and helpful demeanor and I felt comfortable leaving not one but two of my cars in one week in his care.
