Rudy was fantastic. Probably the most personable service advisor I’ve ever had. He’s funny, yet professional. He made the process easy and makes me eager to come back for future services. I’m also completely satisfied with the speed at which my service was completed. It was done in under two hours…plenty of time before closing. Also…I was called because the service department was tracking my “oil life” and determined it was time for the service. I also love that the service cost me nothing out-of-pocket since I purchased the service warranty plan. I will get this for any/all future vehicles I purchase from Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln.

Once again, Eduardo went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and happy after Ford Focus went too low on fuel on the freeway. I was able to have it towed directly to him and he took over the rest. I left there going from extreme anxiety and panic too a very happy customer. I will never take my car anywhere else for any kind of service. Norm Reeves In Cerritos has my business as long as I have a Ford. When I’m ready to get another car, this is where I will go. I was originally told if anything it would be $200 to diagnose my problem. Then I got a call stating that it was the sensor and I paid for that service later on it ended up not being the sensor and my service engine light soon came on again Then I had to call up and was reassured that my next service would be free and the next service ended up being the valve that needed to be replaced and when I got there, my bill was not free only a 10% discount and ended up costing me another $400 Which was not cool because I expect diagnosis not just remove and replace parts hoping to fix a problem

Richard went out of his way to make sure my car was serviced in a timely manner. I was previously told that the service department would need to keep my car three days for diagnostics. When I explained that this would not work for me, he immediately went into problem solving mode and figured out how to change my serpentine belt, diagnose my coolant leak and change my water pump in one day.
