Terrible customer service, I’ve been dealing with Richard a service manager for years now and he’s been nothing but a pain. And waits until the last minute to start a project. Then returns the vehicle half assed.
Very unhappy and will never be returning to this location as I already had an official complaint case opened on the employees there. They all stand around and say “they are out for the day” when they are in the office still. Very unprofessional
