Rafael was terrific. His customer service was above and beyond. He was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I appreciated his thorough explanation of services for my truck. He also asked me for my Ford pass information and discovered that I had rewards that I could apply to my service. I felt very comfortable and trusted the care of my truck with him.
I didn’t feel comfortable at the last dealership that I took my truck to so this experience was a very welcome change.
I was really excited that they even washed my truck. That has only happened once in nearly 7 years of taking my truck to another dealership.
