I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received from Mike Mosley. He went above and beyond by re-checking my warranty and discovering that my trunk issue was actually covered — something I’d been dealing with for over 8 months. Mike not only caught that detail but also arranged a rental car and expedited the entire process. My wife usually goes to the Acura dealer while I stay with Ford, but on this day, Mike made Ford shine brighter than Acura! Huge thanks to Mike and the Cerritos Ford team for outstanding service.

Rudy was great and my car was ready ahead of time.
1) I checked to confirm that transportation would be available to drop me off after taking me car it. It was not. And took 45 minutes to get it sorted out. Things happen. But no one seemed attentive or seemed to actually want to assist. Not great customer service.
2) I was told “$150 total” then “we won’t charge more than the $214 you authorized” and the final estimate was $365. The charges were unclear and kept going up. It felt like a bait and switch. It’s not a good look to seem like you’re hiding or adding in charges.
3) $880 of services were “recommended” but none of those things were related to the inspection that was completed. I had to ask about the inspection items and then I was told how important it was to do those things. How important could they be if the “trusted professionals” didn’t actually notice them, or bring them up, or suggest way to take care of them until I followed up. And in the meantime suggest an additional $880 of work. Shady shady shady. Customer service wasn’t great, I didn’t feel like my car was being taken care of, and I felt like I was being taken for a ride, and milked for money. The rep I worked with was nice and attempted good communication but these issues are glaring. I wouldn’t recommend Norm Reeves and I wouldn’t come back.

Car service was good! ???? However, When my car was ready, Crystal texted me to let me know.
I texted her back letting her know I'm on my way.When I went to pay, Crystal was not at her desk. I waited and waited (about 10 minutes), but no Crystal until Francisco helped me with the payment. At least she should have had the curtesy to let me know that she's on her break and someone else was going to help me... I waited, but someone else would have walked out without paying!
