I was very satisfied with the help of Rafael, he would give me daily updates on how everything was going and what needed to be done, etc. He’s literally my go to guy when it comes to taking my car back in the dealer for maintenance and everything. I would definitely recommend anyone to Rafael

You obviously don't really want feedback. Crystal was GREAT but the overall process and experience continue to be ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I thought waiting for a doctor or dentist APPOINTMENT was painful but you've managed to take "appointment" to a whole new level. Richard was my service guy. I just started my truck for the first time since I brought it to him to change my oil and change the filters. And now there is an orange engine light on my truck that was never there before!!! He was trying to sell me $1200 in services my truck didn’t need yet now there is a check engine light.
