I’ve started to enjoy it when my car breaks down just so I can deal with him.
He’s such a kind, helpful, and honest person.
He helped me once before on Christmas Eve — which is a really busy time — when my check engine light came on. He helped me and reset it even though I showed up without an appointment.
This time, I didn’t even know I had rewards in my account — he told me and helped apply them toward the payment.
He also helped me rent a car for a day until mine was ready — at a very affordable price — and it was an amazing car, a 2024 Ford Escape. He finished my car quickly so I didn’t need to extend the rental for another day.

Worst experience of my life at a dealership..wasted 3 hours due to Rafael not letting the people working on my car that the insurance didn’t want to pay the fees so I waited 3 extra hours for my car and I missed a very important event due to such stupidity. If he had done his job and not been stuffing his face with candy (which he did as I walked in) then I’d have saved so much time and energy. Also my car was left extremely filthy and there is a chip under my right headlight on the paint that was NOT there before and I will be going back tomorrow to get that straightened out I hope to never deal with norm reeves super store again after that. Thank you for wasting my time ????
