The service advisor was highly professional. He kept me abreast of the progress of the service and the timelines of completion. He was cordial and offered to wash my vehicle. My vehicle was delivered to the wrong address! This is completely unacceptable. I needed my car for work and doctor appointment and had to go and find my car myself. There were no notifications of my service status after I paid so I didn’t even know that my car was no longer at the dealer.

Rafael was a complete professional from the very beginning. After I explained to him the problems I was having with the car. He and I worked together on a plan to find and Fix the problem with the vehicle. Rafael’s main concern was to determine the problem with the car, and then decide how to repair it and make sure I was comfortable with that process. Rafael kept me informed at every step and was quick to respond whenever I would reach out with questions. When I asked Rafael for a resource for help with the repair cost, he gave me a number to the customer Relationship Center at Ford. This resulted in significantly reducing My out of pocket costs for repairs! Rafael is a big reason I will continue to come to Norm Reeves for my auto service needs.
