I thought Mike was an excellent service advisor. It was my first time having him as an advisor and he kept following up on every step of the service for my vehicle. I really appreciated his communication and knowledge.

I have been to your service department 4-5 times and have been very satisfied with my advisors. However, this past interaction with Jesus was unacceptable. He is a poor representative for your company. Jesus was condescending, arrogant and sarcastic. He does not communicate well and he does not have the skill set needed for customer service.
