Eduardo shows exemplary customer service. He was constantly professional, extremely knowledgeable and asked open ended questions. When I described a few items, he wrote notes and followed up with answers that were logical and a sound. He has been my best service adviser experience at this dealership and I have already recommended him to professional construction companies who only purchased Ford products for thier crew.
