Though this was my first time personally working with Rudy, he has always been super welcoming and friendly when I come into the dealership. No one looks forward to coming to get their car worked on but when you have people like Rudy and Chrystal working there, it’s a test of the True customer service that you all offer. Super honest, super professional, super caring, and even was able to deliver maybe not so good news in a way that made me feel supported and valued as a customer. Keep him and promote him!

First, I called for a quote for “The Works” package for my 2024 Ford Maverick hybrid. I stated the vehicle year and model, and was quoted a price of $149. I made an appointment, Upon arrival, I was told the cost was $179, because the vehicle is a hybrid. I presented a $20 off coupon.
Secondly, the texted report I received, led me to believe that an additional service was performed without my approval. The report stated “ replaced” for the windshield wipers. I immediately called the service writer, he said it had not been performed, and the car was ready for pickup.
Lastly, my invoice stated “The Works” parts and labor $149.95 and a $5.99 charge to top off the windshield wash fluid. Total invoice$161.17
I was charged $139.99?
If the total was $161.17 - $45 ($20 coupon+ $25 rewards) = $116.17
