Love Rudy everytime I come in with car trouble, Rudy breaks down the issue immediately & then lets me know the best route I should take upon diagnosis. & I’d Also like to mention Crystal Rivera she’s great! Always makes sure my vehicle is handled with care. Those 2 are the best no shade to the rest.

I had to bring the car in twice before it was actually fixed. 8 picked it up one day and before I made it home I called to let the service department that the car was still doing the same thing. I was charged two deductible when I don't feel I should have. The service manager Oscar was very helpful and friendly

Our vehicle was returned to us low on oil and coolant. The oil did not even register on the dip stick. The coolant should have been filled to the max line especially after being repaired for a coolant leak. We will not be bringing our vehicle back to Norm Reeves. Cannot be trusted.
