They always promise we will get the white glove service where they pick up your car and leave you a car so you are not empty handed and they never deliver!!! Every single time we have booked it we get a confirmation and then no one brings the car but only a person to pick up the car and they leave me with no car. Unreal. It has happened in more than 2 occasions. They just lie.

Just be honest. If you need two days to inspect the vehicle that’s fine. They had my truck for 4 days and didn’t call me to let me know that they didn’t even check/ look at my truck, until I showed up and asked what was going on.
