Unfortunately this experience was no better than the first and quite disturbing. Service Mgr Dominic is well aware of the issues with lack of integrity from the associates entrusted to service my vehicle the first time we visited for first service in Nov. 2025. Associates lack integrity and claim service was completed when we discovered it was not. Advisor and Tech were dishonest, only to be confirmed via property footage that the work was not completed (Tire Rotation). Moreover, the fact that valuable time was wasted, as first visit took 4+ hrs and only received a messy oil change. The second encounter was of no surprise. Not only did they fail miserably in ensuring the promises made by the Dominic. My vehicle was returned filthy and with damage to the driver side panel, scuffed door panel and under wheel from shoes, as reps didn’t have the decency to handle my vehicle with care and exit my vehicle accordingly. This was delivery after being asked to drop off my vehicle because the full detail Dominic promised would take an entire day! Such a waste as service advisor called 4hrs later without confirming or ensuring the job was complete, another wasted effort and concern for the integrity and accountability of this dealer’s employees. There was no effort to even wash the vehicle properly, nonetheless detail the vehicle as promised. Dominic stated that he would ensure we were taken care of and asked for a third opportunity to make it right but we are unsure this will happen after addressing the damage and techs disregard for ensuring fluids are topped off as noted in their service video. There’s a huge concern with accountability and integrity in the service department and not sure we can continue to trust the folks handling our vehicle.

Excellent service. Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I needed a new battery and booked an appointment to bring it to the dealership. Got a call back mentioning their mobile service could come to my house and change my battery, which I opted for. Very impressive.

My driver-side door window no longer lines-up correctly, and the window no longer lowers the half-inch that allows it to clear the seal when the door opens.

Service Advisor, Mike Mosley was professional and inviting. He was efficient in getting the car checked in, reviewing the recommended services and the scope of the work planned, getting the quote together, and checking me out upon pick-up. My only frustration was that, though it did not appear to be very busy, it did take about 10 minutes before a service advisor was assigned. The work was performed in just a tad over an hour and everything was covered in my prepaid service plan, including new wiper blades, that were determined to be needed while inspecting the vehicle. I couldn’t be more pleased with today’s experience.
