I’ve always had a great experience at Norm Reeves. However, I took my truck to have a check 4x4 dash message. After having the car for four days, I was told the truck needed a new transfer case. They also told me Ford doesn’t make this part any more. I asked about my options, and was not really given any. When I picked up my truck, the left dash bazel was completely loose, my driver mirror was popped out, my dash accelerator module was turned on (should not have been touched), and the safety clip for the transfer motor was sitting in my cup holder, and my CB receiver was on the ground. I keep my truck imaculant, so I did not appreciate this mess. I then took my truck to a transmission shop and they diagnosed the problem as my Transfer Case Shift Motor. They ordered the part for $153 compared to the thousands a new transfer case would have cost. Simply amazing coming from a reputable dealer. I’ve been a long term client, but not sure if I will be bringing my truck back in the future. Thank you.
