We made an appointment for a leak . When we dropped it off, we were told we wouldn’t get the car back until Friday. If that was so, that should have been communicated to us when making the appointment. We tried to get a hold of Rudy throughout the day for an update and never heard back. We had to come and pick up our vehicle later that day since we never heard back and we couldn’t leave the car there that long.
